The Brighton 10K follows a fast and flat race route, run on wide carriageways with a smooth running surface throughout.
- The race start is on Hove Promenade, 500m west of the i360.
- Runners start in a westerly direction, running the length of Hove Lawns on the promenade, before turning onto the coastal road at Fourth Avenue.
- Now heading in an easterly direction, runners make their way towards the centre of Brighton.
- Passing the Palace Pier, runners cross into Madeira Drive to complete a 3km out and back section.
- Look out for the Brighton landmarks such as the Sea Life Centre (the oldest Aquarium in the World), the iconic Victorian arches, and Yellow Beach Sports.
- Returning to central Brighton, runners continue towards the i360 passing it on their left hand side at 8km.
- The last 2km will see runners continue past Hove Lawns, turning at Fourth Avenue, and completing the final stretch to the finish on Hove Promenade.
